Album

Music from the Motion Picture Pulp Fiction is the soundtrack to Quentin Tarantino's 1994 film Pulp Fiction. No traditional film score was commissioned for Pulp Fiction. The film contains a mix of American rock and roll, surf music, pop and soul. The soundtrack is equally untraditional, consisting of nine songs from the movie, four tracks of dialogue snippets followed by a song, and three tracks of dialogue alone. Seven songs featured in the movie were not included in the original 41-minute soundtrack. Покупайте и продавайте винил и. The soundtrack to Quentin Tarantino's darkly funny crime classic Pulp Fiction manages to re-create the film's wildly careening sense of style, violence, and humor by concentrating on the surf music that comprises the bulk of the movie's incidental music and adding a few sexy oldies integral to the film's story Let's Stay Together, Son of. The cool 50s60s70s vibes are totally amped up simply by playing it on a record player and I love how it changes the music's tone etc. The soundtrack is an eclectic mix of songs but there is something about them that is so chilled out and cool that they're accessible to anyone. A Very good quality pressing, it sounds (to me) amazing, the album is amazing in it's own right!

For me this is the best movie soundtrack album ever put together. It helps that Pulp Fiction is my favourite movie, but still..However I think this pressing is not that good. It's not terrible, but it could sound much better and warmer (or "analog"), considering many of tracks are from the 60's and 70's. It sounds like there was no proper mastering, they just transfered a CD to vinyl.I have three records from the Back to Black series (this one, GnR - Appetite for destruction and Cream - Disraeli Gears) and I think all of them have the same problem. Buy it if you're a fan of this movie, but look elsewhere if you consider yourself an audiophile.
Burilar
Wish I had seen your reply before buying this. It was really cheap at my local store, so I bought it. I do own some of the back to black series and though I agree with you on this one, that it sounds really "flat", in my opinion there are records in the series f.e. The Marshall Mathers Lp that sound really great! Edit: Well I just checked, and I remembered it wrong. The Marshall Mathers Lp is just a repress and not from the Back to Black series. I was so damn sure about it, but whatever!Cheers
