Label variation: the gangster figure on the left hand side of the label carries a walkie-talkie in his left hand [see images] - this is not the case on the labels of this, this and this US version, where the gangster figure has both hands in his pockets - a separate close up of the 'walkie-talkie' gangster is included in the image section. Also, the publishing info is printed over two lines on side 1 and over three lines on side 2, a detail that differs on other label variations; again [see images].

The USA re-release LP version contains bonus track "Gangsters" (B6), a much shorter (and faster) re-recorded version of "Too Much Too Young", and different cover art.

On this version, the credit for Clement "Coxsone" Dodd on B8 reads "Clement Symour" where on the other labels it's either stated as "Clement Seymour" or "Clement Seymour Dodd".

The "S2" in the matrix/runout etchings refers to the Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria, the "CB" etching points towards Chris Bellman and the "AZ" etching refers to Allen Zentz Mastering.Blue and white labels.
